-All donations or E-Points purchases are voluntary and not required to play the game.

 

-By purchasing E-Points on our website and third-party billing providers or resellers, you agree to this policy.

 

Eligibility for Refund

 

-If you have purchased E-Points for more than 2 hours within 14 days of purchase, and have not bought a product in the game store, you may be eligible for refunds.

 

You will not be eligible for refunds if the terms of the service/server rules have been prohibited or violated. In addition, if Eron determines that you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be

eligible for refunds.

 

(A) How can I request a refund?

 

-You can request a refund by opening a support ticket in discord or contact us by e-mail.

 

(B) How will I get my refund?

 

-By default, purchases will be refunded using the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method.

 

-You and Eron may also agree that refunds should be made using an alternative method. Please note that the amount of time for the refund to be processed depends on your method of payment.

 

-You may be eligible for a refund if you purchased 'E-POINTS' and haven't played the game for more than 2 hours within 14 days of purchase and haven't purchased any items in the in-game store.

 

-You will not be eligible for refunds if have been banned or violated the terms of use/server rules. In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if ERON-ONLINE determines that you are abusing the refund policy.
